Who are you and what do you do at KS Manufacturing Technology?

My name is Rik and I work as an engineer.

What do you enjoy most about your work?

The diversity of projects and the responsibility to keep our factory running as efficiently as possible.

What are you proud of in your work or team?

That we, as a relatively small engineering team, are able to realise complex projects together.

What do you think is typical of KS Manufacturing Technology?

A solution-oriented approach; we don't see a hard physical boundary between theory and practice. We think in terms of possibilities.

What is the best project you have worked on?

My contribution to a sustainability project, which makes it more efficient to install solar panels on roofs, for example.
