Who are you and what do you do at KS Manufacturing Technology?

  • My name is Thjeu and I am Engineering Coordinator at KS Manufacturing Technology.

What do you enjoy most about your work?

  • The versatility of the work: from the technical depth involved in designing and developing systems to organizing and managing our enthusiastic team of engineers.

What are you proud of within your work or team?

  • I am proud of the collegiality, professionalism, and strong work ethic within KS Manufacturing Technology.

What do you think is typical of KS Manufacturing Technology?

  • We come up with an ingenious solution for every technical challenge and we are constantly working on innovation and improvement.

What is the best project you have worked on?

  • We produce support profiles for solar panels, the design of which was radically modified. This was one of the first projects I was allowed to supervise in a coordinating role, and it involved several technical challenges and a very tight deadline. It is remarkable to see how we made this a success as a team.
